MISUNDERSTANDING

The day before noon, Jessica was sitting on the balcony of her room. She was looking down to the crowded highway from the top of this apartment.

It had been a week, Lexi hadn’t been home. That morning, at night Jessica carried out sexy tips from her mother. In the morning, Lexi left for work very early and she didn’t come home until now.

“Where Have you been for a week? You let Jessica alone in the apartment while you sleep in another place” she said, still looking at his son angrily.

“I slept in the hotel,” Lexi answered and walked past her mother. He sat on the couch with his head down, holding back anger.

“I can’t understand it, you were impatient yesterday to marry Jessica, and now you even leave Jessica to sleep alone in the apartment, only with maids. Mama really doesn’t know what’s in your brain Lexi!” his mother’s eyes lit up with anger.

Lexi just swallowed, not wanting to answer the accusations from his mom.

“Until when you will be like this? You always play with your life and act as you please. Mama only wants grandchildren and you have chosen Jessica as a bride. And now she’s your wife. Think wisely Lexi!” Mrs. Anna shook her head, then massaged her dizzy forehead. She didn’t understand his son’s way of thinking.

“Jessica is in the upper room, she’s been waiting for you ever since!” She repeated.

Lexi walked slowly towards the stairs. Walk up the stairs slowly. He was imagining his night with Jessica. He was so excited.

Lexi’s footsteps stopped at the door. He paused for a moment before opening it. His heart was beating faster.
