At the hospital where Kaya and Viviane had been meeting with the doctor for the surrogacy check up, Lucas happened to be there to meet the doctor to convince him to change his schedule for checking up on his wife first. Viviane and Kaya had been visiting the doctor and the hospital since two months by now, and nobody knew about them until the paparazzi began to follow Lucas and reached the site.
