Why do you have so much belief in Brandon? You sound like you are his mother. Anyone who hears you speak about him would think you gave birth to him and know him very well” Hannah said and Arianna swallowed hard as she smiled nervously.
“No Of course not. You should know me by now Hannah, I believe in everyone and I believe no matter how cold-hearted someone is, there’s always a good side to that person” Arianna said and Hannah nodded in response.
“What about the kids?” Arianna asked
“They’ve gone to school, ” Hannah said
“So, what would you be doing now? You should not just sit at home” Arianna said
“I know mom, I’m currently thinking of buying a company here in Atlanta and changing the name to mine and the kids, or I’ll try to build up one” Hannah said
“Have you thought about the company you want to buy and the name?” Arianna asked
“No, I’m still thinking about it,” Hannah said and Arianna nodded in response.
“Once you find the one you are interested in, just let me know, I’ll make some calls and it would all be yours,” Arianna said and Hannah smiled at her.
“Mom, you’ve done so much for me, I think it’s high time I start doing things myself”

Meanwhile, Brandon is seen in his office going through some files on his table when his door opens revealing Liam.
“I thought I asked you to go keep Rhoda company?” Brandon asked
“I have been busy going through some files in the office. I just wanted to make sure everything is in place before leaving” Liam said and Brandon nodded.
“So, what brought you to my office?” Brandon asked
“Mr. Donald sent an invitation card. He’s hosting a party in two days, and Mr. Harvard and his wife will be there. This is an opportunity for you to meet him and talk business with him” Liam said and Brandon sighed softly.
“Mr. Harvard has never wanted to partner in business with me, I cannot force him to. I’m not attending, tell Donald I won’t be able to attend because of an emergency” Brandon said and Liam hummed.
“Brandon, to get someone to partner with you, you’ve got to know their weakness. Harvard’s weakness is family. He loves to be in business with men who are married and have their own families….. he tags them as responsible men”
“No, don’t tell me you want me to take Hannah with me to the party,” Brandon said with an irritated face.
“I can’t tell you what to do, but you know the right thing to do,” Liam said as he dropped the invitation card on the table, and with that, he walked away.
Brandon sighed softly as he stared at the card on his table. Brandon has always wanted to be in business with Mr. Harvard, but he seems to be a hard nut.
Mr. Harvard is one of the richest men in Atlanta too, although he’s based in New York City but would be coming to Atlanta because of the party Mr. Donald was going to hold.
Being in business with Harvard would be of great importance to Brandon, he wasn’t gonna let the opportunity slide.
Besides Hannah owed him a favor, he had faked being in love with her in front of her kids, and she was going to repay her for that.
He quickly brought out his phone and dialed Hannah’s number, but she wasn’t answering her phone call.
He groaned softly, he was sure she was with another man that’s why she was not answering her phone call. This woman doesn’t have any shame at all, Brandon thought angrily and he stood up from the chair.
He was going to meet her in person, there was no need to call her on the phone.

Rhoda is seen lying on the couch in the sitting room going through her phone angrily. She had called Brandon and asked him to come to keep him company but he turned her down, instead, he said he would send someone over.
This angered Rhoda so much. Since the day she had met him at the hotel, he had refused to come to see her again. He’s always claiming he’s busy.
If she doesn’t see him, how will she be able to seduce him and make him like her? It is almost impossible.
She sighed softly, and just then she heard her phone ring. It was a call from one of her close friends, Brenda.
She had met Brenda at an event she and Jeff went to, when they were still together and they exchanged numbers. Rhoda wondered why she was calling her all of a sudden.
“Hello Brenda,” Rhoda said as she answered the phone call.
“Rhoda, how have you been? It’s been a while” Brenda yelled from the phone and Rhoda quickly moved the phone from her ear.
“Do you want to burst my eardrum? I’m fine” Rhoda said as she rolled her eyes.
“Oh I’m so sorry, I’m just excited to hear your voice,” Brenda said and Rhoda forced herself to smile.
“Anyways, I called because there’s an upcoming party. Mr. Donald is hosting a party at his house in two days, and prominent men and women of Atlanta would be there. I’m sure your husband Jeff would have received the invitation…. I just called to remind you of it, I would be going, I hope you’ll be coming too?” Brenda said happily.
Rhoda hummed. She remembered always attending parties with Jeff, this made her quite popular in the past. She was sure Brandon would be attending this one too because Donald is a really popular man and he’s in business with most CEOs in Atlanta.
She would love to go with Brandon, this might make her more popular… She could also force Brandon to introduce her to everyone as his fiancée.
She knows Jeff would be attending too, this is an opportunity to make Jeff beg at her feet…. She thought.
“Yes, I would be attending, and thank you for calling to remind me,” Rhoda said and with that, she ended the phone call.
She decided to dress up and go shopping, she was going to make herself look attractive on that day.
