Cherished By Seven Sisters

Chapter 718

Chapter 718 No Anomaly

After a moment of silence, Levente nodded.

Unable to contain her curiosity, Yelena hastily asked, “Where is he?”

Titus was likely related to her origins, which was why she seemed eager to know.

Levente looked thoughtfully at Yelena, asking, “Who might this young lady be?”

“You don’t need to concern yourself with who she is. Just tell us where Titus is now,” Emrys said indifferently.

After a moment of contemplation, Levente said, “Titus‘ strength is immense. A regular dungeon simply cannot confine him. Therefore, I had him transferred to Dragon Soul Penitentiary a while ago.”

Dragon Soul Penitentiary was the most heavily guarded prison in Chanaea. Those who were incarcerated there were none other than the most vicious and malevolent criminals, who possessed terrifyingly formidable power..

Although Emrys had no idea what kind of place was Dragon Soul Penitentiary, he could infer from Levente’s words that it was undoubtedly strictly guarded.

“Bring us there.”

“But…”

“Is there a problem?”

“No, but Dragon Soul Penitentiary isn’t located in Jipsdale. Instead, it’s situated in a sea region in the eastern part of Chanaca. It’s an underwater penitentiary,” Levente responded.

“An underwater penitentiary?”

“Yes. If you really want to go, I am willing to take you there. However, it would be best not to let too many people know, as Dragon Soul Penitentiary has always been a secretive place.”

“All right.” Emrys nodded in agreement.

He had to go to Dragon Soul Penitentiary no matter what. There were certain questions that he needed to ask Titus in person. Otherwise, he might never get the answers.

“Shall we set off immediately?” asked Levente.

After some thought, Emrys shook his head. “Let’s wait for a bit. I need to go to your dungeon to meet someone.”

“Who?”

“Pascal.”

Before Emrys came to the Martial Arts Alliance to find Endre, he first paid a visit to the Mapleton residence. He learned from Hazel that Pascal refused to leave the dungeon out of guilt.

As such, Emrys decided to go see him.

He wasn’t going to persuade Pascal to come out of the dungeon; he simply wanted to meet Pascal.

In fact, Emrys had never really had a conversation with Pascal.

Although Levente was puzzled as to why Emrys suddenly asked to meet Pascal, he didn’t ask further questions, mainly because he wasn’t particularly interested in such matters.

“Endre, accompany the Empyrean Lord to the dungeon,” commanded Levente.

“Yes, Father.” Endre led the two out of the office and headed. toward the dungeon.

Levente fixed his gaze intently on the retreating figure of Yelena. Soon after, a cold sneer appeared on his face. “Since you’ve shown up yourself, you should die together!”

He could naturally tell that the woman who came with Emrys was very likely the girl from the spirit fox clan that Jonas had mentioned.

Otherwise, she wouldn’t care so much about Titus.

On the way to the dungeon, Emrys asked Yelena right in front of Endre. “Well? Have you sensed anything?”

Yelena understood what he was asking. She shook her head and said, “No.”

She hadn’t detected any aura of the ghost clan from Levente.

Emrys couldn’t help frowning.

There was no anomaly? Was my previous guess incorrect? This belongs to NôvelDrama.Org - ©.

Emrys had instructed Yelena to be extra vigilant when they first arrived at the Jipsdale Martial Arts Alliance Headquarters.

Yelena did not sense the ghost clan’s aura on Endre, so Levente was the only remaining suspect. However, Yelena still claimed she sensed nothing wrong after meeting Levente,

This was strange.

Levente was the prime suspect that Emrys had in mind.

How could it not be Levente?

Confusion inundated Emrys.

Endre couldn’t understand what the two were discussing. “Empyrean Lord, is there something wrong?”
