Chapter 780
Seeing the tenderness in Sebastian's eyes, it was clear his love for Rosalie ran deep, imprinted on his very soul. If anyone tried to separate them..... "Uncle, are you here to see Rose?" Sebastian asked.
Christopher nodded. "Yes, I came to check on both of you."
He stepped into the hospital room. Rosalie was holding a bowl of chicken soup. When she saw Christopher, she quickly placed the soup on the table. "Uncle, you're here."
"How are you feeling?" he asked.
"I'm doing great," Rosalie replied with a smile. "The baby's fine too, all thanks to Seb."
"I can see that," Christopher chuckled, adding, "His face is all swollen."
Hearing that, Rosalie felt a bit guilty.
"His injury is partly my fault," she admitted.
She then explained the whole situation to Christopher, who finally understood. He had noticed Sydney seemed off when he saw her earlier. Could it have been because of Sebastian's injury?
But that didn't fully make sense. After all, she and Sebastian didn't have much of a relationship. Slapping him twice and causing his face to swell- was that really enough to make her cry alone in her car?
There had to be more to it.
"It's fine. I get it," Christopher said. "He was clearly upset, which shows how much he cares about you. He's more concerned about you than his own pain."
Rosalie was grateful for Christopher's understanding.
"Thank you, Uncle."
"There's no need to thank me. This is all how it should be," he said, gently patting the back of her hand. "Take care of yourself."
"I will, Uncle."
Whenever she saw Christopher, Rosalie felt a sense of warmth and closeness. Christopher wanted to have a moment alone with Rosalie, but asking Sebastian to leave the room would seem odd.
At that moment, Christopher's phone rang.
"Hello?" he answered. "What? I understand. I'll be right there."
After ending the call, he said, "I have gent to handle, so I'll be

"Alright, Uncle Christopher, take care."
With a nod, Christopher stood up and left the room. As he was leaving, he turned to Sebastian.
"Seb, I need to have a word with you. Come with me for a moment."This belongs to NôvelDrama.Org - ©.
Sebastian nodded and followed him out. Once they were in a quiet, empty hallway, Sebastian asked, "Uncle, what's going on?"
"Seb, is there something you're keeping from me?"
Sebastian hesitated. "Why would I hide anything from you?"
"When you took that call just now, you seemed really agitated. What's going on?"
"It's nothing," Sebastian replied.
"Is it really nothing? Don't lie to me. We're family. There's no need to hide anything from me."
Sebastian wasn't sure if he should come clean. The situation hadn't been exposed yet, and confessing now would put him at a disadvantage.
"Really, Uncle, nothing is going on." Sebastian decided to stick to hisdie. "That was just a prank call, and with my memory loss, things from the past frustrate me. It's nothing serious."
No point in confessing before the truth came out. Who the winner would be wasn't certain yet.
Christopher didn't press further.
"Uncle, did you bring me out here just to ask me about that?" Sebastian asked, trying to change the subject.
Christopher shook his head. "No, there's something else I wanted to talk to you about."
"What is it?"
"When Rose recovers, you should divorce her."
Sebastian's smile froze. "What did you just say?"
"Rose married you to help you, not because she loves you. Even though you've lost your memory, your relationship with her isn't a true
marriage. Once she's healthy'

two of you should go your separate ways."
Christopher's serious expression made Sebastian's face turn cold. "Uncle, you should leave now."
