Brianna’s POV

I walked into the very big building with a smile on my face, the building looked classical and pretty much made of glass and expensive things. The furnitures looked really nice and I’m sure comforting, they are of good class too.

My eyes ransacked the environment as I walked into the reception, a lady with black hair and pretty dark skin was on a call, I matched to her with a smile which she returned with a smile and a nod.

“Okay sir!” She smiled and placed the phone back to it’s position.

“Hi, how may I help you?” She asked.

“Good morning, I’m Brianna Salvador”

“Brianna?” A voice from behind echoed, I turned to see a familiar face.

“Hey” I muttered starring down at him trying to figure out where I’ve seen him

“Come with me madam”.

“Okay”, I turned to the receptionist. “Thank you”

I followed the man to where ever he was taking me to.

We got to a particular section of the office where some people sat on thier desk while some walked in

The man who apparently is Diego’s manager cracked.

“Guys! This is your new team member. Brianna Salvador, she’ll be our assistant finance manager” he explained to them as they looked at me with a smile I guess.

“This is Mr Gezell the Finance manager. And here is the CEO’s team members, they work directly under the CEO who is Mr Diego De Lucas. Pleas make her welcomed” he added and in a split smile, the man was walking out of the spacious room.

“Welcome girly, I’m Serena! The CEO’s secretary”a lady who pilled up some paper work smiled at me. She walked towards me, streched her hand for a shake.

Her accent was obviously an italian accent it went smooth in my ears.

“Hello Serena!”

“I’m Laurianne” A lady with a killer smile waved at me.

“I’m Finn!, The supervisor in the CEO’s team. I supervise all work before it gets to the CEO” The guys with huge broad chest explained.

They all seemed welcoming and gave me a wide smile.

I feel like Dee picks his workers by their looks, they all look stunning especially Serena.

“And I am Gizell Antonio”The finance manager gave me this blank look, he really didn’t seem okay.

“Nice to meet you all” I chipped in.

“Your not Italian? Laurianne asked.

“No I’m not, I’m half American, half Philippine” I answered.

“Here is your desk!”Serena pointed a big desk to me.

I walked quietly and sat on my chair. I’m loving the atmosphere.

“Take this paper and work on them we need the total sum before we go for our meeting with the Chief Executive Manager of all finance team” Mr Gizell handed me a file.

“Okay!”

Just as I got busy with the file Dee and his body guards walked in.

“Good morning Mr CEO” they all stood and greeted him making me do same. He stopped at a spot and smiled at them “Good morning” he replied and walked passed them again.

The moment he was out of sight they all gasped.

“Did?… I mean did the CEO just reply our greeting?”Laurianne asked taking a stand from her sit.

“He did!” Finn answered.

“And he smiled at us too!!”A lady at my back said.

Dee never siezies amaze me.

I smiled halfway as I went back to

work.

Hours later, I had finished working on the file Mr Gizell gave me and it turned out I did a good job he was impressed.

It was lunch time and I couldn’t help it but feel super hungry.

Laurianne, Serena and I walked into the cafeteria chatting, These ladies aren’t that bad.

Laurianne had her brown her in a tight rolled up boned and she wore a white top tucked in a pink skirt.

We walked to pick up something to eat. Laurianne picked whatever she wanted to do and same did Serena. My eyes searched for what I wanted to eat but damn there was nothing.

I really don’t think I can eat any of that. I picked an apple up and a bottle of water. This just has to do. I rolled my eyes.

“What’s that? Are you a vegetarian?”Serena asked.

“No! I just don’t have appetite”

“Oh!”she mouthed and I nodded.

We walked and took a sit on a bench. So many other staff where seated eating.

I bit my apple and looked disgusted as Serena and Laurianne ate.

“So Brianna! What do you think of our boss?”Serena asked making me gulp down so hard.

I coughed a little and smiled at her.

“What should I say?” I asked her with this smile on my face.

“I mean don’t you think his cute?”she questioned and I gave a smirk.

“I don’t know? I really haven’t seen him, only got a glimpse of him earlier today”I explained.

“Well! Our boss is one of the most handsome man I’ve seen so far. He’s perfect, I’ve worked as his secretary for three years now and all I have to say about him is that he’s handsome and he’s also a good man”

“Wow!”

“What do you think about Finn?”Serena asked while Laurianne digged dipper into her food, she didn’t even care to listen, she was busy with her food.

“Finn? His a nice guy and his huge too”I smiled drinking from my bottle.

Just as we spoke Serena’s phone rang out loud and she picked immediately.

“Mr CEO!”

“Yes! Sir”

“Okay Sir” that was all she said.

She turned to me.

“Mr CEO wants to see you in his office in the next two minutes”she explained and my jaw dropped.

“Why?”

“I don’t know but I hope all is fine” she gave me a reassuring smile.

Standing from the bench, I walked towards the elevator, got in, and it took me to our teams floor which Diego’s office was on.

Why the hell is he even calling me, I sighed.

The moment I got to his office, I knocked then pushed the door open.

His office looked so cool, it had this huge space and his desk was in front of a huge glass wall which gave a pretty view.

Everything in his office looked adorable, the desk, curtains, and rug all matched in colours.

There Diego was seated behind his huge brown desk working on something.

I walked further into his office, he raised his head up and starred at me.

“Sit” his voice came so calm.

He took a remote from his huge desk and pushed a button, with that the curtain dropped making the office go dark.

Diego pushed another button and the lights turned on.
