Chapter 60

A black wedding

“It’s still early..”

“What do you mean it’s still early?”

“Am gonna get rid of it. Three weeks, so I can go over it. There’s no way I’m gonna have this baby. No way!”

“You can’t El. I won’t let you have an abortion. Never, I know I was wrong when I talked about abortion to you. There’s no way I’m gonna let you do that, never.”

“You ain’t gonna stop me.”

“Elina rethink. Tell him you’re pregnant. Then we can know what else to do.”

“Tell him! That I’m pregnant!” She yelled.

“Yes!”

“How do you expect me to walk back to the house I was forbidden to go into and if I was seen anywhere near I’ll get killed. You want me to go there and tell him I’m pregnant and he’ll believe me, so he could say to my face again that I’m just a slut. Someone he could fuck anytime he wants to and then he’s gonna be like, ‘how I’m sure it’s even mine, who knows the numerous men you’ve slept with since I opened the way’

Is that what you want!”

“Stop yelling!”

“You’re making me to.”

“How do you expect to do that. How can I tell him.”She cried. Falling on the bed. Barbra went to her side.

“My life is just over!”

“It’s not. Stop saying that. You need to save the baby. You wanted to go back to being Elina right. The Elina I know who never result to an abortion.”

“I don’t know what to do.”

She lay on the bed, hugging the pillow.

“Firstly you need to eat something.”

“Ain’t you gonna work, it’s almost noon. Carol would be pissed, I wasn’t around for the morning shift.”

“Shit! I forgot about it.”

“I’ll make your lunch, then I’ll go over to Carols. Okay.”

“I don’t wanna eat.”

“Don’t you dare? Else I’m gonna rip your ass off.”

Elina chuckles

“Now wipe those tears off baby girl. I keep saying this. We’ll get through this. Without an abortion.”

Elina nods. She doesn’t know why Barbra seems so persistent on her not having an abortion, when she got into the hospital today she was a little shaken. But tried to hide it, it’s seems the hospital brought back so awful memories she doesn’t wanna dwell on.

What could that be anyway? She has the issues she needs to face. A child was already in her. She was pregnant, seems so hard to believe, she had forgotten there was a thing called pregnancy, she had sex and forgot to take the precocious.

She did this to herself.

How stupid she had been, so stupid thinking she couldn’t be pregnant and now she was. There isn’t anything she could do other than get rid of it. With Barbra not being aware of it.

She would go back to Lucas hospital, who knows someone like him could be a doctor.

The sly mafia that he was.Owned by NôvelDrama.Org.

He had asked her to come back if she needed an abortion. And she was gonna go back…

Kenzo sat down with us legs crossed as he kept glancing at his wristwatch. Then taps his other feet on the ground.

“Here it is Sir, a blue suit, perfect for the wedding.”

Kenzo turned to Aziel.

“Is he stupid?”

“He is,” Aziel replied.

“What did I say?”

“A black suit, but blue is gonna be the best for you. Man, you look..” He shut his lips by himself, with the look he got from both of them. He bow his head in remorse and scurried out of their sight.

“I wanted to kill him.”

“Same with me Boss.”

Zara came out of the other room. In a white wedding dress. She twirled in front of them. With a bright smile on her face.

“How do I look. This gown is perfect, I look damn gorgeous in it. It suits me so well.”

She rasped.

“Go change it. I want a black dress.”

Her jaw dropped.

“A black what?”

“A black gown for the wedding.”

“Who wears a black gown as a wedding dress. C’mon Kenzo, it isn’t done that way.”

“I want a black wedding, a black dress, a black suit. Black linen, a black curtain. Everything black. And I want it done in my way. Someone might get shot that day, it wouldn’t be so obvious he was shot. You get what I mean Aziel. And besides black is a beautiful color. It’s my favorite.”

“I understand Boss.”

The look on Zara’s face was terrible.

“So you choose, go inside and get changed, wear a black gown or if you don’t want to, you could call off the wedding.”

“That’s what you want huh? I’m gonna wear a black gown, black shoes, black everything. We’re gonna do it the way you want.”

“That’s why you been alive all this while. You’ll make a good wife.”

Aziel chuckled. Earning a glare from Zara. He looked away from her to continue laughing.

“Go get changed. We should get leaving soon. I’ve somewhere to be.”

“I thought we were going out tonight.”

“We’re doing it already. I don’t have much time to spare.”

He stood up.

“You’re leaving already! You won’t even get to see the black gown I was gonna wear.”

“You’re acting paranoid, ain’t going anywhere. I was gonna pee.”

Aziel chuckled. Earning another glare from Zara. She walked down from the stair she was standing in and hurried down to meet Kenzo.

“Go get changed, I’ll be back. Or you intend on following me to the restroom.”

She rolled her eyes and let go of his hands.

“Be quick.”

“Of course I’ll, you didn’t expect me to sleep there do you?”

“Just go.” She pouted, watching him as he walked out of her sight.

She turned to Aziel, he was already upstanding.

“Why were you laughing?”

“I-I-I..”

“Just get out of here.” She hissed, walking back to the dressing room.

Aziel itches his neck and walked away. She would probably wait till evening or get tired of waiting and then leave.

Because she wasn’t gonna see them again, till she got home. He missed Elina, they all did, but no one is talking about it. No one wants to say anything about it.

He wanted to see her too, but he head she moved over to Barbra apartment, which was far from the city, it was better though, at least it would be difficult for anyone to find her, he decided to let them be. Maybe she needed the space.

A time for herself.

And he had decided to give her all that. Everything would be over soon. Since the election was just two weeks away, and then after everything. He would go back to her. That’s if she could wait for him.
