I stared at my phone for the umpteenth time, wondering if it wasn’t Ivan that I called. I shrugged, then stood up and slipped my feet into my flip flops, before striding lazily towards the door, and once I got it, I held the knob, and twisted it, before pulling it open. Stepping out of the house, I sight him, coming towards me, with a lady trailing behind him. Don’t tell he’s coming to introduce his girlfriend to me? For goodness sake, I just want to have a discussion with him, so why bring his girlfriend with him?

“Ivan you…” My words were cut in my mouth, as he grabbed my hand, and slammed me lightly against the wall, and before I could get the happenings, he slammed his lips on mine, narrowing my eyes. What the heck is he doing, huh? Ivan you’re a dead meat, I’m so going to kill you, you won’t live after this offense, I swear it.

I tried pushing him, but he caught my hand instead, and pinned it on the wall, while exploring my mouth. Eeew! This dude is disgusting.

“How could you Ivan?” The lady’s voice came on, followed by retreating footsteps, and I didn’t need no one to tell me that she left already. I gasped sharply, a weird sensation spread through my body, as I felt a bit on my lips, Ivan just bit my lips, what the heck!

I finally gathered all the strength in me, and pushed him away, before landing a hot slap across his face.

“What was that for, huh?” He scoffed, while rubbing his cheek, and I glared at him. How come he still got the guts to ask me such question, is he not aware of what he just did, huh?

“I should be asking you that Ivan, what the heck did you think you were doing, huh?” I snapped at him angrily, burning in rage. I’m just going to strangle this bastard, if he makes this worse.

“Well, it was just a kiss. Oh please don’t make feel like the bad guy here, it was just a kiss, nothing serious, and besides, you should be grateful, because a lot of women are out there, praying hard to get the opportunity you just got, enough with the pretense already, it’s obvious you enjoyed it.” He rolled his eyes, as he crossed his arms on his chest.

I gritted my teeth, and clenched my fist while glaring daggers at him, this bastard is just looking for who will kill him, but I won’t want to go to jail.

“Is that how you go around, kissing random people?” I scoffed angrily, and he shrugged.

“You aren’t a random person, you’re my neighbor, and my dear little enemy, and yes, if you were just a random person, I’d still kiss you, if it’s important. Thank your luck you didn’t have a bad breath, I can’t have my precious health threatened, and one more thing, you need to improve, you don’t know how to kiss, not at all.” He smirked, and patted my head, while I just stood staring at him unbelievably. This guy is indeed crazy, he’s super crazy. How could he say all of that to me, huh?

“What the heck! Do you even have shame at all Ivan?” I scoffed, as I crossed my arms on my chest.

“Unfortunately, I don’t think I still have. I mean, I lost my innocence, just in grade one in high school, why should I not lost my shame, and besides, I lost my innocence at age sixteen, how do you still expect me to maintain the shame until now? You’re a joker, you know?” He rolled his eyes and smirked.

“You know what? You disgust me! I hate you.” I spat angrily, before storming back into my room, and slammed the door hard on his face, earning a chuckle from him. This dude is just going to kill me before my time, he’s just going to frustrate me to death.

“I love you too Eve.” He yelled from outside, and I shut my eyes tightly in fury. I just feel like strangling him to death now. Thank goodness that Nina left immediately after her call with her mom, only heaven knows what she would’ve been thinking by now, if she was still here.

I huffed angrily, as I stride into the kitchen, and opened my refrigerator, before bringing out a bottled water, which I poured some in the cup, and gulped everything down in one shot. I’m so damn angry, just the thought of the kiss, makes me wanna puke. Damn! That dude is a thorn in my flesh, how dare he!

The sound of my ringing phone pulled my attention, and I sighed softly, before heading back to the living room, where I left it. I rolled my eyes, as I saw the caller to be Nina, if she’s calling to frustrate me, she better not make that mistake, because I’m in no mood for that now. I slid the answer button, and held the phone to my ear.

“Hey girlfriend, how’re you doing?” She squeaked from the other end, and I was forced to check the phone screen if I was really talking to her. The last time I checked, each time her mom calls her to come home, she always ended up being sad, so what’s with the excited tone?

“You sound happy, what’s with that?” I asked curiously. I know it’s normal to be happy, but hers is suspicious.

“Why won’t I be happy, when my dear friend is finally in love.” She whined, and I almost narrowed my eyes. What’s she talking about? Who’s she talking about?

“Huh?” I asked.

“Enough of the pretense, check your phone.” She said, and the call disconnected afterwards. Bringing the phone down my ear, I stared at the screen for a while, before I finally swiped the unlock button, while still wondering what she was talking about. I turned on my data connection, as messages came popping up on the screen.

I sighed, and clicked on Nina’s message, but froze on my spot, at the sight I behold. Displaying on the screen of my phone, as the picture of I and Ivan, kissing. What the heck! Don’t tell me she’s stalking me.

My hands trembled, as I quickly searched her number, and dialed it. She needs to delete that ASAP.

“Don’t ask me how I got that, because I was around when everything happened, and oh my God! You two look quite good together, perfect match from heaven. You know I was right when I suggested that you use him for the project, how come you never told me you both were together already? I feel betrayed.” She whined, and I shut my eyes frustratingly. What nonsense is she spouting now?

“Can you just do me the favor of just shutting your mouth, huh?” I snapped at her angrily, and I bet she rolled her eyes, even if I’m not there. I know Nina very well.

“I already sent it to your dad, forgive me girlfriend, but you know this isn’t the first time I’m going to betray you. Bye, I love you.” She said, and the call disconnected afterwards. What the heck did she just said? She sent it to who? Dad? Oh my God! This girl and Ivan are just going to kill me before my time, I swear it.

Staring at the screen of my phone, it suddenly started ringing, and my eyes widened in shock, it’s dad. Oh my God! I’m screwed…
