Black Rose: Revenge Of The Callous Heiress

Chapter 64

Rose paused for a few seconds. She could tell that she was sincere, and at the same time she could sense the desperation in her voice but she didn't have the time to dwell on it.

"I understand. I will be there in a few minutes." Rose agreed without arguing. Since she knew the manager was just doing his job. After all, no one had used the credit card for years so she had to be sure that it was really Rose.

"Really, that would be very splendid. We will surely be expecting you and I will have my secretary add your name to the appointment list. This is also my personal number in case you need to contact me." The manager's voice was a bit more cheerful than before. She was literally jumping in joy when she heard Rose's positive response.

After hanging up the call, Rose leaned forward to the driver. "Mr, can we change our destination to Elite bank. I have a business to take care of there." She told him.

The driver slowly nodded his head and took a swift turn to the direction of Elites bank. Thankfully they weren't far from the bank so they quickly got to the bank in less than five minutes.

Rose stepped out of the car and walked directly to the entrance of the bank. As usual, she ignored the curious gaze from the people in the lobby of the bank and made her way to the VIP elevator. However, just when she was about to board the elevator she was suddenly interrupted. "Excuse me, Miss. What do you think you're doing there?" A horse voice questioned from behind Rose.

Rose paused before turning around and saw two bulky security guards standing behind her. She didn't need to know who the voice belonged to, as long as they were both security guards. But she had her gaze more focused on the security guard who was holding her arm. Though he didn't use force, she still felt irritated by his touch.

Ever since she had been reborn, Rose had noticed that there were a few changes in her and she instantly felt disgusted when she was being touched without her permission. 'Does anyone today not understand the simple knowledge of 'Do not touch without permission'? Must I plaster the sign board on my forehead before it sinks down their head?'

She stared at the two security guards who were now staring at her beautiful face in daze.

"I was obviously trying to get a lift in the elevator, in case you didn't see. But I just missed it because of you two." Rose finally spoke, her voice filled with sarcasm. She pulled her arm out of the security guard grip with a frown on her face, clearly dictating how displeased she was with their intrusion into her business.

"I'm sorry, young girl. But this place is off limits for someone like you." One of the security guards who had snapped out of his daze remark as he glanced at Rose up and down.

"Excuse me?" Rose instantly raised her brow at him.

"Don't misunderstand what my colleagues said. It's just that this elevator is reserved for a special client. I don't know why you are here or how you got in here but this isn't a place to be." The first guard explained.

"I think you're both mistaken, I came here because I have business to attend to on the upper floor of this building." Rose revealed, hoping it cleared the misunderstanding but it only made it worse.

The two security guards looked at each other before glancing back at Rose. Though she was dressed in an obviously expensive dress but just taking a look at her they could tell that she was just a teenager.

The second security guard couldn't hold it anymore and let out a soft chuckle. "What kind of business does a child like you possibly have on the VIP floor? All of our special clients are either adults and just one look at them you can tell that they

background and wealth. Stop joking around little girls, and go back to where you came from."

"Young Miss, there are only a handful of people that have access to the VIP floor. We have both been working here for years and trust me when I say no special client of your kind has ever been grantedCopyright Nôv/el/Dra/ma.Org.

clearance." The first security ge

added. His voice was more polite than his colleagues who were glowering at Rose in disdain.

To him, Rose was just another rich spoiled brat that might have separated from the person she came with to the bank and wanted to cause some scene in the bank.

"But, really, I'm speaking the truth. But since you won't let him go, I will just give a call to the manager." Rose said as she was about to pull out her phone.

"This spoiled brat! How can you

make such a blatant lie with such a straight face? What have you been taught?... Did you think the Elite's bank manager number is something you can easily obtain? I've had

enough with your stupiting

excuses, so take your leave before you cause a ruckus and have us lose our job." The second security guard finally lost it as he stretched his hand forward to grab Rose.

However, Rose reacted quickly so she moved sideways to avoid his hand.

Because the security guard was so sure that he would grab Rose, the sudden action from her made him lose his balance and his body leaned forward.

Taking the opportunity to make him pay for grabbing her hand earlier and also trying to make an effort again. Rose gently stretched her leg and the security guard who was still trying to control his balance and didn't see Rose's outstretched leg tripped over it and landed heavily to the ground.

The loud thud of the security guard falling on the ground, followed by his cry of pain quickly garnered the attention of the people in the lobby. They all turned their attention to see a beautiful young girl in white dress standing with a security guard in front of her and the other one lying face flat on the ground.
