Chapter 28: Please forgive me
Gavin didn’t want to startle Alden, so he rushed over to drag Emma away.
“Get out of there for me.” Gavin sternly ordered: “Don’t do any more stupid things. Look at yourself, aren’t you pathetic enough? If it were you, I would have hidden in a corner and no one would notice. Sit down. He thinks about what he did wrong and constantly beats his chest and weeps.”
“Let me go.” Emma struggled, clinging firmly to the car door. The mouth constantly retorted to the absurd, indignant words: “You can’t stop me from talking to Alden. I’m his wife. We’re going to be parents. You’re an asshole, a bad guy. Want to separate our family.”
“Shut up, get out of here, out of my sight.” Gavin scolded: “Before I treat you kindly, I’ll be obedient.”
“I’m not afraid of you,” Emma screamed, she lost her mind and then started talking nonsense. One or two messed up, to annoy the two Helen brothers: “Gavin, I tell you, I must meet Alden today. No one can stop me, including you.”
“Get out of here. You’re a pollutant, making the environment dirty.” This resistance was too much for Gavin to bear, he couldn’t help but loudly chased Emma away like a demon.
No cooperation occurred. Emma is indeed not afraid of heaven or earth, much less afraid of death.
Gavin didn’t say much, roughly pulling Emma’s hand. But she was determined to stick to the car door. Where is the recognition of strength that Emma can stand for so long? The power of love or the power of money? As funny as it sounds, Emma doesn’t have feelings for Alden. What she wanted was money but now the money’s gone. Then it makes sense, why does a weak, fragile person like her make it difficult for Gavin? There is nothing surprising here when Gavin is still being very kind to women. He pulled her, but not with the strength of a brute. He is a real man, but he carries on his reputation and ability. Let alone bully someone weaker than you, you shouldn’t.
Prolonged stress. Time is making things uncomfortable.
The tug-of-war is about to attract a lot of people. Emma is cunning, if she knows how to take advantage of the situation, screams, and lies that Gavin is having bad intentions for her, then it will cause big trouble. But it seems that Emma’s mind has been tucked in a corner at this time, so she can’t think of it. That’s really lucky for the Helen brothers, isn’t it? Not at all, don’t underestimate Helen’s family’s smart, sharp mind. Gavin is also a lawyer, who dares to argue the law with him. That’s why the luck here is for Emma. If Emma really did, it would prove that her stupidity had reached a level unmatched by any other.
Indeed, the fierce controversy had directed Alden’s attention. And he had made the decision to meet Emma. It sounds like the advantage is on her side. Doesn’t she meet him, she will use the last trick, which is to hypnotize him. Success or not no longer has to wait and see what happens, to know. For his part, he had no idea what Emma’s intentions were. Alden simply wanted to finish the story. He had thought of the gratitude and went easy on Emma. But it seems that his heart was not received, and was mercilessly trampled on. That is unacceptable, forgive easily. Not to mention, he doesn’t want Gavin to feel more pressed, or psychologically affected.
“Let go of me or I’ll scream at you for being the bad guy.” Emma threatens Gavin. Surprise? She finally had enough sanity to come up with that plan. And without further thought, decided to proceed, regardless of the consequences: “By then your reputation will be affected a lot.”
He was not afraid of course, showing a mocking smile at Emma. Try it and see who will lose more.
“You think I’m afraid of you, just do it and I’ll have enough reason to put you in the dungeon. And then you know what happens after that? You have to stay there all your life, praying in vain, until he dies, leaving only a dry skeleton.” Gavin snarled a lullaby to sleep. Emma shivered from the chill Gavin had just hit her mind. That outcome is truly pitiful.
While Emma was distracted, he roughly pulled her hand. But Emma woke up, resolutely clinging to the handle to open the car door.
While those two create ridiculous, unsightly, attention-grabbing scenes. Alden could no longer sit still and had to intervene immediately. He fumbled for the door to open the car and stepped out.
The door suddenly opened and Emma fell to the ground. Gavin, seeing that Alden was about to go out, let go of her hand, without saying a word of warning. He felt Emma didn’t deserve that reminder.
“Emma, what more do you want? It’s not satisfying enough to lose face like that? Do you want people to know about you, so they can throw stones at you? You’re perverted, more disgusting than I could have imagined.”
His voice was cold, his eyes emotionless. Alden tries not to forget to hide so that his secret is discovered by Emma.
Hearing English, Emma was sitting on the street looking up. She forgot the pain and crawled closer, hugged his leg, and begged, begging:
“Alden begs you to respect our love all this time, don’t leave me.” Crocodile tears are again performed for the audience to see.
Alden was slightly startled by her sudden action. He felt uncomfortable so he tried to push Emma away, but she was as tough as a leech, holding on very tightly. Gavin moved his feet to help Alden, but then he thought it better to let Alden handle it. He needed to get over his past on his own. Gavin decided to stand there and watch, when he felt the time was right for him to intervene, he would step in.
“Do you have the right to beg me after all you’ve done behind my back?” Alden held his ground. Not forgetting to keep Emma away from me.
“I know I’m wrong, please forgive me once. I promise I won’t do it again.” Emma played the tragic role so well, that Gavin said it was over. He’s about to vomit.
“Keep your promise and live your life well in the future.” Alden smiled scornfully and said bitterly, “Once, there must be a second. I’m not a fool to trust someone as shameless as you.”
“Alden.” Emma hugged his leg tightly, crying bitterly: “Please raise your hand high, think of the happiness of the flesh in my belly. It’s yours. Even if you don’t forgive me, please don’t give up. dropped me. It’s innocent, it’s not worth it…”
“If I accept it. You’ll use the child for money, won’t you?” Alden jumped into her throat, drawing conclusions so precise that Emma shivered a little. All content is property © NôvelDrama.Org.
Indeed, Emma is now very predictable, just like a book or movie with familiar content, following a boring motif. That was a big disadvantage for her.
