The door got opened and I pulled away immediately.
Surprisingly, It was Mandy.
Her face look like she has just seen a ghost.
” I thought I said I don’t want any disturbance? “Gael rasped and she bit her lips.

” You’re sacked ”

The security men rushed inside the office and took her away while she keep crying.
He turned back to me and arrange my hair.
” I’m taking you away from here”He mumbled and helped me down the table.
He wrapped his hand around my waist and we both walked out of the office.
MAGNOLIA POV
I stood up immediately and stared at her on shock.
She’s just the female version of Maynard, Her beauty is threatening in that dazzling dress a d Flsuer stared her her, Looking flushed.
She still maintain this smiling face and I got uncomfortable.
” You should seat, It’s not good for the baby of you keep standing “She said in a sweet voice, I nodded.
What’s she doing here?

“I came here to make peace, I’m not like Brea, And I promise I will treat you better not as your mother-in-law but as your own mother ”

I watched her talk and I could see sincerity in her, She’s so pure and simple, For some reasons, I found myself getting comfortable around her.

I was sobbing by the time she finished talking, I hugged her immediately.
She patted my back and soothed me.
God!, Maynard didn’t even tell me anything about what his mom went through in the hands of Brea and his father, Yet, she came back for the kids sake. I really respect her courage.
” I’m sorry I misunderstood you, I’m not angry at you anymore”
” Thanks so much, And please, Make sure you come back to the company because every business organization need people like you, I hoped you will be able to forgive Maynard as well, I’m so sorry this has to happen to you, Please forgive me”
” It’s fine, I’m not angry, I’m so sorry you went through this for the sake of love and for your kids, Please forgive me”
” Nah, it’s okay”She chuckled and hugged me again.

Mr SALVADOR POV(MAGNOLIA’S FATHER)
” Have you gotten the location of Renata?” I asked Cazzo my personal body guard and he nodded happily.
A wave of happiness rushed into me and I smiled.
Now, They won’t be able to slip from my finger again, Both Magnolia and her brother, I will make sure I get custody of them back because no one can take Magnolia from me.
She’s bound to serve me till her last breath.
” What do you plan on doing with them sir? “He asked curiously and I smiled.
” Why don’t you wait and watch as the drama unfold?, It will be slow but steady, I don’t plan on taking my revenge hotly, I planned to take things slow with Magnolia, It’d been long you know?”I said with a wink and he was confused.
” I thought Magnolia is your own Biological daughter?, Why did you want to hurt her? ”
” Because of her mother, She should pay for her mofher sins “I snapped back at him and he only nodded before walking out of the room.
Now, It’s time for a sweet revenge after twenty years of waiting.

I led her to the car and opened the door for her.
The rest of the staff were looking at us weirdly, Anna looked so shy and timid but my grip on her hand was able to calm her nerves down a little.
I was staring at her throughout the drive.
” Aren’t you hungry?” I asked and she held her tummy.
” Not really, I’m fine “She mumbled and I scoff.
” Why should you be hungry?, I went on five rounds with you, That’s a whole meal “I winked and she looked away immediately.
” I’m sorry, Anna”I mumbled and she turned to me.
I see nothing in her eyes than purity and innocence.
That made me want her more.
” For what?”She asked in a soft voice and I smiled.
” For taking advantage of you last night, I wasn’t drunk”
