CHAPTER 16
Honey Trap?
Kira was wearing a satin halter nightdress, backless.
Austyn's eyes roamed over her body as she lay on her back,
Feeling naked, she burrowed under the blanket and pulled it up over her chin.
Being so close to the man still gave her a severe case of butterflies.
She was self-conscious in the bedroom.
Her heart beat a little faster with every step he took towards her.
Kira glanced to the other side, refusing to lock eyes with Austyn.
She was huddled in a corner of the bed, taking up as little space as possible.
Austyn knew she had just showered and did not have make-up on.
Yet her face was blushing with a shade of red even the best rouge couldn't compare.
Somehow, he found her maidenly modesty endearing.
She thought she could hide under the blanket, but the thin wool fabric only accentuated her amazing
curves.
The blanket was a soft grey with a red bow print, which happened to rest above her chest.
The girl looked like a delectable present waiting to be unwrapped.
His Adam's apple bobbed as he drank in the entrancing view.
Only a saint could have resisted the temptation.
And Austyn McCarthy was no saint.
He swung his long legs and, a second later, had her trapped between his strong arms.
Looking into those big, round, liquid eyes, he lowered his head.
His lips found hers.
Kira closed her eyes and reminded herself to breathe.
Their bodies were separated by a flimsy nightgown and a towel.Content property of NôvelDra/ma.Org.
She could feel the hardness of his chest, the solidity of his abs, and the heat from his manhood.
Caught up in a drawn lip-lock, she didn't notice when he'd undressed both of them.
When her body was ready for him, he pushed into her.
His-thrusts were slow at first, then harder and faster as he gave himself over to the rapturous feeling of being inside her.
Their bodies were pressed tightly together.
Austyn felt her growing tense beneath him.
He paused and pulled back so he could see her face.
Her eyes were screwed shut.
She was biting her bottom lip so hard that it drew blood.
Austyn moved off her.
"What's wrong? You don't want to do it?"
