Chapter 54: Out!

“No it’s fine. I spoke to her about the incident and she got worried about you. She said you should get a full rest when you return and not stress about work first.” Andre spoke up this time.

Anita heart melted.

She felt so grateful towards Andre for the support he had been showing her.

After they were done eating, Cass went out to settle all the paperwork and in an hour, they prepared and made their way to Anita’s apartment.

“It feels good to see you at home baby girl. You know what, have some shower, we are gonna celebrate this.” Kate screamed with joy as she landed on the couch.

Andre and Cass only followed behind into the home as they watched Anita and Kate interact so intimately.

“I’m happy for everything Cass. Thank you so much for your support. If not for you and Andre, I don’t know what would have been my friend fate. Thank you so much!” she said to them when Anita went into the bathroom to freshen up.

When she came out, Kate walked in too freshen up herself.

“I know it’s been hard guys, but how did you manage to find me?” she asked Andre.

“No you don’t. Just be safe and healthy and I will be fine.”

Later that evening, Andre and Cass chooses to give her and Kate some privacy, so they left them alone in the house.

Kate made delicious meals and brought them to the sitting room to enjoy it with her dear friend.

“What’s up with you and Liam? I haven’t seem him here in a while.” Anita asked as they ate.

Kate was already mentally ready to share, so she placed down her spoon and told Anita everything that happened since she left. From Thomas finding Cass and andre there to Liam badging into the house. Anita sat frozen in shock.

This brought a deep silence as they only had to smile to each other in understanding.

The next day, Anita didn’t even bother to stay at home to rest. She freshened up and made her way to Sass Media Home.

When she opened her office, she froze at what she saw.

“What are you doing here?” she asked Andre who was so busy working on her desk.

“The royal highness is back. I thin I will have to take my leave now.” he paused what he was doing and stood up.

He walked to her and led her to her chair as he updated her on everything she had missed.

When he was done keeping her up to date, he left.

She then placed her handbag and started going through the files on her desk.

When she was done accessing them, she looked at her time. It was time for lunch. Before she would stand up to go have some lunch, her office door was already opened with Andre standing there with bags of foods in his hands.

“Oh my goodness! What have you done this time?” she said in excitement. She lived what she was seeing. This seemed so good to be true.

“I have done a lot. Just as usual.” he replied her and placed the food on the table.

“Oh my God! Is this lunch?” she said surprised.

“Yes darling! Sit down.” he said and opened all the food, exposing them to her sight.

They are all their favorite meals to their satisfactory. Happily, Anita drank the juice he brought in and tried to clear up the place, but was stopped by him..

“You don’t have to stress Queen!” he said and cleared the whole place up before leaving the office, while she relaxed on the chair feeling so spoilt like a child.

After having some rest that afternoon was when she remembered what brought her to the hospital.

She picked a pen and wrote down some note.
