Alpha King’s pregnant Ex-Luna

Nelly ‘s eyes widened in surprise, her pupils dilating like a wild animal caught off guard by a sudden movement.

A strange sensation coursed through her veins, causing her body to tremble and her muscles to twitch with an otherworldly energy.

In a split second, fueled by a surge of primal instincts, she forcefully shoved him away, repulsed by the touch of his lips on hers. A feral growl escaped her lips as her eyes smoldered with a blazing fire. “You’re a lunatic,” she spat, her voice low and filled with a dangerous edge.

Disgust twisted her features as she wiped her mouth, a gesture of contempt for the man who dared to cross her boundaries. His mere presence sent a chill down her spine, but she refused to cower in fear. Instead, her defiance only fueled his anger, intensifying the darkness that clouded his gaze. “What? Have you found a new love and forgotten your old flame so quickly?” he hissed, his voice laced with bitterness.

Nelly sensed his jealousy, his possessiveness, but she refused to let him intimidate her. The memories of their past, the torment she had endured, were etched deeply within her soul. “So? Am I supposed to remember you forever? Those were horrible memories,” she retorted, her words a sharp blade that sliced through the air.

Her defiance pushed him to the edge of madness, his fury simmering just beneath the surface. Alpha Kilian, the powerful leader of their pack, glared at her with smoldering intensity, his eyes burning with an insatiable desire for control. With every fiber of his being, he yearned to crush her, to dominate her completely. “If that is so, why did you accept that one million?” he demanded, his voice rumbling like thunder.

Nelly stared back at him, unyielding and unafraid. She knew he would use any means necessary to assert his dominance over her, even bringing up their painful past. But she was prepared to stand her ground, to defend her actions with unwavering determination. “So, is that the reason why you are here?” she replied with a hint of disdain.

“Do you admit you have taken it, then? When we divorced, you refused to accept my money. Why did you accept it now?” Alpha Kilian pressed, his voice filled with accusation.

Nelly saw through his manipulation, understanding that he wanted to unravel her, to expose her vulnerabilities. She was not oblivious to his game, and she refused to play along. “Lara came to me and clearly told me that my project could not be completed. This project was the hard work of several people in our pack, and it has no direct link to me. Yet, because of the relationship between you and me, it will be shut down,” she explained, her tone laced with a mixture of frustration and anger. “If you could be professional and draw the line between pack matters and personal relationships, why can’t I accept the money?”

Alpha Kilian narrowed his eyes, his gaze piercing into her very soul. “Is this what Lara said?” he questioned, his voice tinged with doubt.

Nelly faced him head on, refusing to back down. “Don’t you believe my words?” she challenged.

His doubt lingered, their past still casting a shadow over their present. “I haven’t made a decision yet about the projects,” he admitted begrudgingly.

“Your dearly beloved fiancee has already made it for you!” she declared, her words dripping with contempt.

“Fiancee?” Alpha Kilian questioned, his confusion evident. “Who told you she’s my fiancee?”

“That is not important. Neither is it important whether it is true. The important thing, Alpha Morris, is that there is nothing between us anymore!” Nelly’s voice trembled with a mix of anger and sorrow as she withdrew her hand from his grasp. “Please keep a distance.”

But the distance she tried to create only ignited a burning desire within Alpha Kilian. The more she resisted, the more he yearned for her. “Nelly, I won’t keep away,” he declared, his voice dripping with determination.

“It’s not up to you!” Nelly’s words held a hint of warning, a final plea for him to respect her boundaries.

But as she turned and walked away, Alpha Kilian watched her figure disappear down the corridor with a sneer. “I’m afraid this war between us will drag on for a long time,” he whispered, his voice filled with the promise of impending chaos.

Taking one final drag from his cigarette, he crushed it under his boot before making his way to his car, ready to leave. Yet, as he turned, he came face to face with a small, innocent presence.

The little girl looked up at him with wide, curious eyes, her innocence shining like a beacon amidst the darkness. “Hey, aren’t you the Mr. Handsome I saw that day?” she asked, her voice filled with wonder.

Alpha Kilian felt a flicker of amusement at her words, an unexpected diversion from the turmoil within his own heart. “Oh, it’s you, little girl. Do you live here?” he inquired, his tone laced with interest.

“Yeah!” the girl nodded eagerly. “Mr. Handsome, do you live here too?”

“No, I’m here to see… a friend,” he replied, his words filled with a hint of secrecy.

The girl’s eyes sparkled with mischief as she continued her questioning. “Is it your girlfriend?”

Girlfriend? Alpha Kilian’s features softened with a gentle smile, knowing the truth but choosing to deny it. “No,” he replied simply, savoring the simplicity of the child’s innocence.

Her expression turned contemplative as she pondered over something deeply. Finally, she shook her head with a sigh. “Forget it, you don’t do such a thing.”

Alpha Kilian couldn’t help but laugh at the girl’s candidness. “Really? That’s such a pity!”

Observing the girl’s adorable nature, he couldn’t resist the urge to ask, his voice filled with genuine curiosity. “How old are you?”

“I’m five,” the girl replied proudly.

Alpha Kilian’s heart swelled with bittersweet emotions as he imagined what could have been, what he had missed out on. If Nelly had kept the child, they could have had a life together, a family. He gently stroked the girl’s forehead, a tender touch filled with longing. He wondered if the twins he had never met were girls or boys…

“Mr. Handsome, what’s wrong?” the girl asked, her voice laced with concern. “Why is there so much sadness in your eyes?”

“It’s nothing,” he reassured her, gently shaking his head. “Actually, I could have had a lovable little child your age, but…”Upstodatee from Novel(D)ra/m/a.O(r)g

“But what?” she pressed, her curiosity getting the best of her.

“Unfortunately, I missed the chance,” Alpha Kilian admitted, his voice heavy with regret.

The girl’s innocent wisdom shone through as she expressed her understanding. Without hesitation, she reached out and tenderly stroked his head, offering comfort in a way only a child could. “Mr. Handsome, it’s okay. You can still have an adorable child just like me, and the child will surely love you a lot.”

As her small hand made contact with his, Alpha Kilian felt a surge of emotion, something he couldn’t quite comprehend. It was a fleeting moment of connection, an unforeseen bond that transcended his own turmoil. Grasping her tiny hand within his own, he held onto it for a moment, cherishing the warmth and innocence it held. After a moment’s pause, he spoke softly, his voice filled with gratitude. “Thank you for consoling me. All right. It’s late now, and you should go home, or your family would start worrying!”

With a nod and a smile, the little girl bid him farewell, heading towards her home. But just as she was about to disappear from his sight, she turned and called out one final offering. “Mr. Handsome, if you feel bored, you can text me on WhatsApp.”

Alpha Kilian couldn’t help but smile, his heart lightened by her presence. With a wave, he watched as she disappeared into the night, her innocence bringing a glimmer of hope amidst the darkness that consumed him.
