The bodyguard quickly followed the order. Lily didn’t even react because the bodyguard was dragging her away. She turned to face Drew, who was obviously enraged. She could hear him swearing nonstop in the hallway.
Was her husband distraught by the disappearance of his son from that woman? Does Drew have a child?
“Don’t believe what you heard. That woman is a liar,” Orion commented after taking her to the private lounge.
“Who is she?” she asked.
Drew’s ex-fiancée.”
“Drew was supposed to marry someone?”
After a few months of adjusting to his presence, she had already come to regard Orion as a brother; perhaps this is why he didn’t keep anything about Drew a secret. “Yeah… I think it was four years ago.”
Lily has many questions. She did not know that her husband was about to marry someone else. If he gets to that point, it means Drew loves her.
What happened to them? And when did he have a child with another woman? Why, after a few months of marriage, doesn’t she know about this?
She made an effort to relax. But time passed and Drew still hadn’t returned.
Orion irritatedly stated, “I told you, don’t overthink!”
“Do I really have the right to overthink, Orion?” she asked. Whether she wanted to admit it or not, she was hurt.
“Yes! Because you are Drew’s wife.”
“Then why didn’t I know? Why didn’t anyone tell me that information, which was necessary and something a wife should know?”
“I didn’t know you didn’t know anything,” he reasoned before looking away. She was aware of his intention to divert attention.
“I need to breathe!” she said.
“All I can say is don’t take that woman to heart, Lily.”
Lily exclaimed in annoyance, “Seriously! Should I really be the one to hear it from you? Your boss isn’t here-because his son is missing-to the woman you told me not to trust!”
Instead of arguing with Orion, she ought to get up and return to her own party.
They went back to the gathering event but halted at the door. Even the celebration itself didn’t feel like hers. Perhaps it was only a coincidence that she had her birthday on that day, and the Waltons couldn’t think of anything to describe the occasion, so they called it ‘her birthday party’!
Everything in the gathering represented the presence of the Waltons-not about her! Even her father, Mr. Martin, was not at the event, not that she had wanted him to.
“Boss!” Orion received a call, holding up his phone, which she believed was from Drew. “Stay here, Lily!”
Before leaving, he instructed Walton’s bodyguard to watch over her.
What’s happening? Where is Drew? Why Orion too?
Was Drew’s son really missing?
She could feel tears starting to gather in her eyes. It’s been a long time in months since her eyes felt heated. Despite being abused and a r*pe victim, Drew accepted her. Does he believe that if he has a child with someone else before becoming her husband, she won’t accept him?
Before she attracted the attention of the guests, she went to the ladies’ room. She may not have noticed the absence of a bodyguard or the guard may not have taken Orion’s instructions seriously.
Maybe this is the case since she wasn’t worth keeping an eye on. Lily dabbed her tears away.
Lily, calm down! Trust Orion! Trust Drew!
She exhaled, then smiled sadly in the front mirror before moving toward the door. Upon opening it, a man she hadn’t seen in months greeted her.
“Hello, Lily!” Her hand clung to the door handle more tightly.
The man waiting for her outside looks deranged! His eyes were red.
One second! That’s all she has to get away from this crazy crap! Lily considered locking the ladies’ room after closing it.
But he gave off the impression of a massive lion that was about to devour a helpless rabbit like her. Before she could retreat inside, he pulled her close to his chest.
“Your fucking husband! He did this to me! My wife was ruined by him! Well, I’ll do the same! Or perhaps I already did!”

When Drew was with Remi, his ex-girlfriend, he was uncomfortable. Before they split up, he noticed Lily’s worry. But he decided to follow his ex-girlfriend when she said something that infuriated him.
“Your dad! He kidnapped Ryle!” exclaimed the woman, adding to his rage.
Drew’s jaw clenched. If Remi hadn’t mentioned his father, who was currently showering with money, he shouldn’t have cared. Even if they severed their ties with him, he was still making enough money from the Walton Group to fulfill everyone’s aspirations.
Four years ago, it was published in some news reports or news blogs that he had a child with Remi. In multiple interviews, he declared that he would wed the woman who was carrying his child. Even though it was difficult to forget Kori, his first love, everyone knew that he was content in his relationship with Remi.
For years, he had loved Kori. He reasoned that the best way to divert his focus would be to marry Remi. He wanted to demonstrate to his friends that he, too, would be living a happy marriage.
His happiness was genuine when he found Remi was pregnant, or so he thought.
Not until Drew realized Remi had been lying to him the entire time. At a party, he personally learned of Remi’s relationship with their supplier. He was supposed to use the men’s room but found his girlfriend having sex there. He discovered Remi was not pregnant by him but by that person.
“Are you really in love with me? Or did you choose Drew Walton instead?” the man muttered from inside the bathroom, followed by grunts and heavy breaths, which froze Drew in his tracks when he heard his name.
“Come on! You know I only love his money!” He balled his fist when he recognized Remi’s voice.
“That moron, knowing he always used condoms, didn’t even question if he was really the father. Open your legs further! Fuck! Your cunt and babies belonged to me!” He heard a slapping sound.
“How did you know he uses condoms?”
“Heard it from women who he had affairs with.”
“Unfortunately, I am the smartest of them all!” He heard her giggle and then moaned. He had no idea why he had remained there to listen to these fuckers.
“There were times he was drunk, and I told him he fucked me without the condom on. He believed it!”
“What a moron?”
After a couple of minutes, the two opened the toilet door. Remi discovered Drew waiting outside, which clearly astonished the woman and the supplier.
“I’m calling off the engagement,” Drew muttered, looking at Remi. Judging by the way she looked, there was no way to doubt that she had just fucked.
He saw how his girlfriend’s throat rolled. “I never imagined that someone like me would be attracted to me so strongly since I thought I was the only one who was a jerk.”
He turned his attention to their supplier. Before turning away from them, he gave them a disgusting glance.
“Drew, no!” Remi chased after him.
He turned back to face her. “Remi, I’ve heard everything you’ve said, I’ve heard how you played with me, and I’ve heard that he’s the one who got you pregnant. So, to avoid my lawsuit about your cheating, stay away from me!”Content is property © NôvelDrama.Org.
He fixed his gaze on the woman’s abdomen. After learning that she was expecting, he may have dreamed about a new life, or he may have been envious of his friends’ happy marriages and growing children.
He had nothing but Remi. He refrains from getting angry. Is this retribution for what he previously did to Finn and Lauren?
“Drew!”
