After divorce, Ex-wife Revealed Identities

Chapter 775

Chapter 775

Isla's face turned even redder at the words, "Shut up!"

If she had known earlier that this man was not really a top guy in the bar, she wouldn't have picked him!

During that time, she went to the bar to get drunk in order to get over her unrequited love for Franklin.

She wanted to just give herself away, so she had a one-night stand.

She randomly picked the most handsome guy in a bar and ended up unintentionally provoking the

wrong man.

Soren had been busy with training lately and was fully occupied.

He didn't expect to run into her at MI6.

"Who allowed you to sneak away and even dared to humiliate me by leaving behind a hundred dollars?

My net worth is in the billions. You slept with me, so you must take responsibility."

Soren squinted his eyes and stared at Isla.

Isla was so angry that she covered his mouth directly and said, "Stop talking... Don't say it again!"

It's like trying to get ivory out of a dog's mouth, this man just can't stop talking.

Here is MI6. If her colleagues hear this, she will be embarrassed.

She was already blushing with embarrassment, and now Soren's teasing made her even more red-

faced.

Sweat beads glisten on the nose, making it look particularly delicate and charming.

She almost lost all strength and was about to collapse.

Isla wanted to escape, but the next second she was lifted up by Soren, a tall and sturdy man who

grabbed her in front of him.

Then... he strode towards the room arranged for him by MI6.

The man kicked open the door of the room, making a loud bang sound.

Isla hadn't even had time to react before the man threw her onto the bed. As she struggled to get up,

she saw Soren lock the door without hesitation.

There was a man's jersey hanging above the cabinet on top of her head.

"What are you doing? Soren, this is MI6, I am the leader of MI6! Don't mess around!" Isla was so angry

that she didn't know what to say. She seemed to have no chance of winning, whether it was physical Property © of NôvelDrama.Org.

strength or arguing.

Soren took off his own jersey and sat down in front, lifting Isla up and letting her straddle his lap.

"Soren, that night was an accident. I had no idea you weren't just a regular guy at the bar, and I don't

usually watch basketball games. I had no clue you were a superstar!"

Isla tried to calmly analyze the man's behavior, but he seemed completely oblivious. "You smell

amazing," Soren buried his nose in her neck and spoke in a husky voice. It was dangerously seductive.

"Uh, anyway... after your game, you were all sweaty. You should take a shower first, and I'll wait for you

here," Isla suppressed her own heart palpitations as she spoke to Soren.

The man nodded, feeling like something was off but also uncomfortable with all the sweat on his body.

So he turned around and went into the bathroom.

But when he came out again, there was no one in the room? Her scent still lingered in the air but she

had vanished.

Soren sneered, "Did you think that if we met again you could escape?"

In recent days, news of MI6 playing a friendly match against Club Ritter's professional basketball team

had spread like wildfire across social media platforms. Some even started polls asking which team

would win.

The results showed that only 17% of people supported MI6 while an overwhelming 83% supported

Club Ritter.

Sylvia looked at these comments online before turning her attention back to the basketball court where

players were sweating profusely during their intense training session. She couldn't help but feel

nervous for them as it was clear they were giving it their all - pushing themselves to their limits.

MI6's reputation couldn't be challenged and its face couldn't be lost so this match had to end with

victory!

Franklin appeared beside Sylvia without warning and said, "The heat surrounding Ashlyn has been

overshadowed by our upcoming game. That's the Ritter Family's plan."

"Shifting public attention away from Ashlyn is key," Sylvia continued speaking confidently, "And since

MI6 is rarely seen by public eyes due to its secretive nature; people are naturally curious about them!

They've successfully hyped up this event using public curiosity!"

Franklin smirked coldly. "Yes! They've managed to hype up this event beyond measure while effectively

dissolving any relevance Ashlyn may have held!"

Sylvia squinted her eyes slightly. "Although we know that the old lady is fake, we can't do anything

about it." It was too difficult to get the real old lady to testify.

"No matter what, this game will go as Ritter Group wants it to," Franklin's fierce determination shone

through his eyes. He no longer wanted to hide his strong aura and a powerful energy burst forth from

him.

"We definitely won't lose!" Sylvia held his hand tightly, her eyes shining with determination.

After their final day of training, Vaughn and the others were visibly exhausted from the intense

workouts. Their bodies had become even more toned and one of them had even lost several pounds

due to the rigorous training.

"I'm treating everyone for dinner tonight," Franklin announced in front of everyone. "Tomorrow is our

official match day so let's eat well and rest up."

"Master Franklin, I want barbecue!" Vaughn couldn't help but raise his hand.

"I want sushi!"

After days of high-intensity training, they all wanted a good meal to satisfy their cravings. In the end,

they decided on going together towards a nearby barbecue restaurant based on majority rule.

As soon as they left MI6 headquarters' gate without any cars in tow - just walking around chatting -

suddenly...

A black car rushed towards several members of MI6 at an intersection!

Vaughn immediately shouted out loud. "Watch out!"

He pushed away one teammate beside him before quickly jumping aside himself with agility but still got

hit by the car's hood heavily anyway!

His body was thrown back hard before falling into a flower bed by the side of road!

It happened so fast! There was a loud bang!

The black car also crashed heavily into roadside railings! Sparks flew off its hood! Thick smoke

billowed out from inside instantly!

Sylvia and Franklin immediately ran towards Vaughn; they were originally some distance away from

him when he got hit unexpectedly like this.

Vaughn had already been helped up by teammates but his hand was injured badly: "Master... I may not

be able to play tomorrow."

Vaughn's face turned pale as he tried hard not show how much pain he felt in his hand while speaking

those words aloud for all present there could hear clearly enough now too...

Sylvia touched his arm then examined it closely: "Minor fracture; you need rest."

Everyone was dumbfounded upon hearing this news: "What should we do? The match will be held

tomorrow!"

"Yeah... what are we going to do?"

"Do we have to lose?" Sylvia looked at Franklin with a serious expression. "Do we have any

substitutes?"

"The substitutes have been trained, but they still have some gaps in strength compared to Vaughn and

the others." Franklin's face was cold as he scanned the black car nearby.

Something was off.

The traffic police had already arrived on the scene and were investigating. The driver of the black car

had been rescued, but he was unconscious and couldn't be questioned. There was a strong smell of

alcohol in the car, indicating that it was a case of drunk driving.

But... was it really just drunk driving?

There wasn't time to investigate further right now; what mattered most was who would play tomorrow.

No one felt like eating anymore, so they rushed Vaughn to the hospital immediately.

Meanwhile, at the Ritter family...

Donovan listened to his subordinates' report with a smug look on his face. "Vaughn has broken his arm;

let's see how MI6 will participate in tomorrow's game."

Mrs. Ritter put down her phone and looked at Donovan. "Is this news reliable?"

"Of course," Donovan laughed arrogantly. "If they switch to their substitutes, they'll definitely lose!

They're too naive if they think that can beat Club Ritter!"

"You're right," Mrs. Ritter felt relieved inside. "Why do I enjoy watching Franklin and his gang suffer so

much?"

"Honey, you don't need to worry about this; just focus on taking care of our daughter and giving her

more special training so she can win at Graley Piano Competition this time." Donovan held Mrs. Ritter's

hand tightly. "I will clear all obstacles for you! This incident has directly reduced Ashlyn's popularity. But

tomorrow! I'll make sure MI6 is humiliated! For Ashlyn!"

"Donovan, I'm really looking forward to tomorrow!" Mrs. Ritter smiled happily with anticipation.

The next morning dawned bright and sunny, a perfect day for competition.

The venue was Club Ritter, and many reporters and media were invited.

There were yellow-and-white-clad Club Ritter players standing inside, the competition starting in half an

hour.

MI6 should've arrived by now, but they hadn't shown up yet

Several players from Club Ritter couldn't help but say, "Do you think they're too scared to come?"

"I heard that someone got injured. Do you think they don't have anyone left to play?"

As they spoke, they burst out laughing.
