Chapter 404 Don't Challenge My Patience

Robert was worried because if Lisa already felt uncomfortable now, she would feel worse on the plane

when they would take an international flight later.

"I'm fine." Lisa sweetly smiled and then put her phone away.

After five minutes, Lisa's phone alerted her again. She didn't want to take it out to check what it was,

but she was too scared not to do so.

This time, she received an e-mail instead of a message.

At the beginning of the e-mail, the subject read: Don't look for trouble.

Lisa tapped on the attachment, and it was one of her photos. In the photo, she looked dissolute,

glancing lustfully at the camera.

Lisa was shocked by the photo. She was worried that Robert would see it, So she made up an excuse

to go to the bathroom. This time Adam sent her a twenty-minute short video via e-mail.

Lisa was so frightened that she immediately knelt to the ground on all fours, like what she did in the

dark room where Adam imprisoned her at first. She trembled all over before Adam and wept in a low

voice, "Master, I'm sorry. I won't dare do such sort of thing anymore. I know I did wrong."

"You know that you did wrong?"

Said Adam who looked down at her.

Then, Adam suddenly kicked Lisa, making her fall on the ground again. Lisa felt an immense pain in

her chest.

But she didn't dare react against Adam since she had already been trained as a slave during those

days, and Adam also knew a lot of her secrets which he could use to ruin her if she dare fight back.

After she was kicked by Adam, Lisa was in so much pain that she lay prone on the ground, not daring

to move anymore.

"Haven't I taught you? What kind of posture should you have when you see me?"

Lisa had to grit her teeth, endured the tremendous pain, and stayed on the ground on all fours again.

But Adam kicked and made Lisa fall to the ground again. This time, he kicked her really hard that she

lay on the ground and couldn't move anymore.

"Master, I know I was wrong. Please. Please give me one more chance." The tears rolled down Lisa's

cheeks. She felt pain all over her body, and she was very much aggrieved with how she was being

treated.

"You know you were wrong?" Adam gently sneered. His voice seemed to be as gentle and soft as

sunshine in winter. If others, who didn't know how cruel he was, listened to it, they might think that he

was actually a kind person with a pleasant voice.

But in Lisa's eyes, he was just an evil person, a demon from the bottom of hell.

"Yes, Master. I know I was wrong."

Adam stomped on the back of Lisa's hand and put force on it. Lisa felt a sharp pain in her hand, but

she didn't have any strength to revolt against him.

"I really know that I was wrong, " said Lisa while gnashing her teeth.

Adam stomped on her hand more forcefully this time and said, "Tell me what kind of wrong thing you

did."

"I shouldn't have ignored your words and made the decision by myself, " said Lisa, trembling.

"Anything else?"

"And..."

Lisa was always obedient to Adam. She didn't know what else she had done that made Adam so angry,

making him do this cruel thing to her now.

"You don't know? Think again."

Adam continued stomping on her hand more and more forcefully. Lisa believed that if he kept on doing

it, her hand would get mutilated.

"Falling in love with my brother is the biggest mistake that you have ever made, " said Adam slowly.

Robert was not only Adam's brother, but also the most important person in Adam's life. Since Robert

was that valuable to Adam, he wouldn't let Lisa ruin his life. In Adam's eyes, Lisa didn't deserve

Robert's love. She was just a slave, his little toy.

"I know."

"Do as I tell you. I will let you go at the right time. You want to stay with my brother, right? I will give you

a chance today. I will allow you to be together with my brother as long as you kill Charles. How about

that?"
