Chapter 52 Pain in Diana’s Heart

Chapter 52 Pain in Diana’s Heart

When Diana got on the car, Judson couldn’t help watching her. However, Diana turned to look outside

of the window.

“I drive you to the company. You pack up your stuff there and tomorrow we go back to N City, home…”

Judson told Diana.

“Ok.”Diana nodded, “After sending me to the company, you pack up your stuff as well…”

Her voice became lower and lower… Everything was all of a sudden, so she had no preparation at all.

After a heavy cry, she and Judson both felt a little embarrassed.

So the best solution was to keep silent. She looked out of the window and didn’t talk much with Judson.

Her mind was in turmoil. She wanted to stay in Judson’s arms, but she didn’t want to face him as well.

Actually she had extremely conflicting emotions.

When she arrived at the company, she knew Clarence had gone abroad. She sighed and sent him a

message for gratitude. Clarence had done resignation procedure for her. She didn’t have much stuff at

the company but some gadgets. She sent them to the colleagues.

When she was about to leave the company, she hesitated and then made a phone call to Jessica…

After half an hour, in a private room of a teahouse in the centre of SKY City, Diana and Jessica sat

opposite each other. They both felt embarrassed, especially Diana. She didn’t know how to open her

mouth in face of Jessica. She was a woman, so she knew how deeply Jessica loved Judson. But she

herself loved Judson more. After Judson came for her, it was impossible for her to give up him…

And this morning, she agreed to go back to N City with Judson. Diana bit her lips and looked at Jessica

apologetically, “Jessica, last night Judson came for me… Sorry, I really feel sorry about you...”

Jessica gave her a free and easy smile. She stretched out her hand to hold Diana’s, “Diana, do you

remember the first time we met each other two months ago? At that time, I told you Judson only loved

you and had a very deep love for you. Actually although Judson was older than me, he was a young

boy at all, a young boy who was angry about you…” Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org exclusive © material.

“Diana, remarry him. Inform me of your wedding day and I’ll be your bridesmaid. It’s true I love Judson,

but from the beginning I knew we were unlikely to be together. He promised to be with me just because

he subconsciously wanted a substitute. However, the fact is that he can’t forget you. He can’t make

it…”

While Jessica was speaking, Diana’s eyes became wet. She looked up at Jessica complicatedly,

“Jessica, thank you…”

Jessica smiled, “Diana, when are you going back? SKY City is good, but it’s no better than the place

where you’ve stayed for over a year…”

Diana nodded, “Tomorrow. We’ll go back tomorrow… What about you? What’s our plan?”

Jessica thought for a while, “I’ll get my graduation certificate in half a year. I’ll work hard. SKY Group is

very large. I hope to see the world and steel myself with the platform of SKY Group…”

As Diana wanted to say something, Judson sent her the message, “Have you finished everything in the

company?”

Noticing that Diana stared at the message, Jessica smiled and rose up, “Diana, you’d better reply to

Judson soon. Treat him well, or I’ll take him from you…”

“I will…” Diana nodded. Jessica smiled, gave a long sigh and left free and easy…

The next morning, Judson drove Diana away from SKY City for N City. Initially they felt a little

embarrassed so they didn’t talk.

When they were on the highway, Judson said to Diana, “Yesterday, did you ... see Jessica?”

Diana nodded, “Yes, Jessica is a good girl. She loves you so much. You ended your relationship with

her without an explanation. Have you thought how deep you hurt her…”

“Yes, my mistake…” Judson became silent. He didn’t say anything. Neither did Diana. He only cared

for his own feeling. He was unfair to Jessica and what he could do was only to give Jessica more

compensation.

Judson drove the car. Diana either turned her head aside to look out of the window as yesterday or

slept with her back against Judson. She didn’t talk to Judson.

Judson also felt complicated. He took a deep breath and focused on driving…

In this way, Diana and Judson went back to N City. It was the first time for them to be together for so

long after they got divorced.

Although Diana said she couldn’t accept Judson and she didn’t want to remarry him, she promised to

go back to N City with him. Judson was very clear about what it implied…

He looked at her secretly. The woman, sitting on h passenger seat silently, was his favorite woman all

this life. He made a decision secretly in his heart. From this moment on, he would not let this woman

suffer any unkindness for the rest of his life, even though it would take his life…

All the way long, Diana didn’t say anything. Neither did Judson. He drove the car silently…

Although Diana said nothing, he felt happy as long as she was with him.

They both had forgiven each other in fact. Judson lost his heart to Diana and so did Diana. They had a

tacit understanding but they didn’t make it clear.

They had experience too much pain and both of them needed some time for healing.
