I could feel my phone ringing. I reached out to my pocket and sighed seeing the caller id.

“Hey bro” I heard his voice.

“Haven’t you done enough damage? I cut him short.

“Trust me bro” He replied.

I sighed.

“How’s she?” He asked.

I could hear Petra sniff in her sleep, I just have a bad feeling about what Alex is doing.

Ari entered alongside Preston, Kelly and Mom.

Kelly came back with the water and handed it over to Ari who started mopping her body while I called the doctor.

“She would be alright, she’s just stressed, be thankful she’s a strong lady. She might have developed a critical condition if she isn’t strong. The rate by which she has been stressed lately is really harmful for her” the doctor concluded after her check up with Petra.

“Thanks doctor,” mom said as Kelly escorted the doctor out.

“I think I should take my sister back with me, I can’t bear to lose her ” Preston finally spoke up.

“No way bro, everything is going to be alright” I quickly chirped in before he would think any further.

“Don’t worry son, we would sort this out” Mother said she was now laying beside Petra on the bed.

I don’t even know what to do, I am just growing so confused right now.

Petra hates me forever and I go to prison without ever seeing my child.

Or Petra hating me forever and still being able to see my child.

Just then my phone rang.

“Well done Alex, continue doing as i say and everyone would be on a safe side” she said.

“Why are you doing this Skyler?” I asked.

“You were meant to get married to me Alex to me, but you cut it off because of that fool” she screamed

“I hate you” I said with so much venom in my voice.

“I love you too” she replied and hung up.

“What have I done to deserve all this, I am just so tired of this, just tired..” I sighed frustrated.

“I’m so sorry Pet but I really have to do this, for your safety and for that of my baby”.

I really need to find a way to get out of this mess but first I just need to dance to her tune.

“I can’t even tell you anything because if I do then skyler would notice and this time she might just kill you” I said to myself.

Just then another message comes in from Skyler.

“I have this strange feeling that something is up with Alex” I said to Kelly.

I woke up a few minutes ago feeling restless.

“Why?” she asked.

“I have been feeling restless about him Kel..” I replied.

“I would go tell everyone you are awake now” She added leaving my room.

For someone who wants to tell others that I’m awake, Kelly is taking longer than usual.

I decided to go downstairs myself when I heard them whispering.
