You Are My Mr Right

Chapter 905 Buttering Up

Noticing the commotion in the nursery, Orion had no time to react.

“Mr. Russo, would you like a drink?”

Caught red-handed, Orion realized he was holding a bottle of beer.

In his hurry, he had accidentally picked up a bottle of beer from the fridge.

“Ah, I was looking for milk.”

“It’s just blocked by the beer, pick it up and take a look.”

Orion immediately put the beer back.

Looking up, he couldn’t see Luna’s figure, but caught a whiff of the smell of milk.

“Mr. Russo, here.”

Luna reached over Orion’s hand and handed him the milk from the fridge.

Thinking he must have rearranged things when he cleaned up earlier.

No wonder Orion couldn’t find it for a moment.

Taking the milk handed to him by Luna, Orion jokingly said, “Miss Silverton, would you like some?”

The milk in the cup had just been taken out of the fridge, still emitting a chill.

She used to love such cold things.

Especially chilled milk.

But now she couldn’t stand the cold, which was related to her body.

Not like before.

Unintentionally meeting Orion’s gaze.

Luna noticed the curiosity in Orion’s eyes.

“I don’t have the habit of drinking milk at night, and I don’t like cold foods.”

“If there’s nothing else, Mr. Russo, I’ll go rest first.”

After Luna left, Orion frowned.

Doesn’t like cold foods…

Was it deliberate or does she really not like cold things?

He quietly opened the door to Star’s room and saw that Star was sound asleep.

Orion gently closed the door again.

Luna took good care of Star.

Indeed, finding a nanny is not easy…

He sighed!

Orion saw all of Luna’s efforts for the child.

Orion’s room was opposite Luna’s, so as soon as Luna opened her door, she could clearly see Orion’s door.

At night, Luna was not feeling well either, perhaps having trouble sleeping.

Orion’s guest room was dominated by cool, gray tones.

Such colors always brought back her unpleasant memories.

Those memories haunted Luna and prevented her from falling asleep.

“For Star… Sleep tight.”

Luna tried to force herself to sleep, but it only had the opposite effect.

Finally, in an unconscious state, she ended up in Star’s room.

After laying out a mat, Luna finally drifted off to sleep.

Orion, who was already a light sleeper, heard the noise from across the hall and got up to investigate.

When he saw Luna’s door wide open, he opened Star’s room.

Indeed, he saw Luna lying next to Star’s cradle.

Orion’s eyes shimmered as he watched Luna sleep.

What Luna didn’t know was that Orion had not slept a wink either.

It wasn’t until his legs went numb that Orion returned to his room.

In the dark night, some were sound asleep, while others were worried.

The next morning, Orion was awakened by a noise of something falling.

Opening the door, he saw Kelsey carefully putting the lampshade back on.

Orion pressed his temple. It seemed he needed to hire a maid as soon as possible.

“Kelsey, you can leave that; a new nanny will be coming today.”

“Your job is to take good care of Star.”

Luna felt embarrassed and said, “I didn’t mean to disturb you.”

“It’s alright, the house is big, and you can’t take care of the baby and clean at the same time.” Orion told her not to worry.

Luna nodded, “Yes, Mr. Russo.”

“I’ve prepared three baby foods for the baby today.”

Luna brought out the rice soup, egg custard, and vegetable juice she had prepared.

“The baby is currently transitioning from milk to solid food, and these will help the baby’s stomach adjust.”

Orion tasted each one and nodded.Text property © Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org.

Orion hadn’t done much research on this matter, but he trusted Luna.

“I trust your work.”

“Just drinking these might be a bit monotonous, don’t you think?”

Orion was worried about the baby’s nutrition.

Luna nodded; she had thought about it too.

“Just at the beginning of introducing solid food, it’s best to add one thing at a time.”

“This makes it easier to observe which foods the baby is not compatible with or even allergic to.”

Orion reevaluated her; it seemed like she really knew a lot about everything.

“You’re so considerate; if there’s anything wrong with Star, let me know immediately.”

Luna saw Orion pick up his clothes and knew he was going to the office.

Luna nodded and watched Orion leave the villa.

Today, she would try to feed her daughter solid food, slowly leading to weaning.

At the office, Vivian came to report to Orion immediately.

“Mr. Russo, are you looking for a maid’s agency?”

Seeing Orion browsing the page, Vivian knew he was looking for a nanny.

“Well, we still need a housekeeping aunt at home.”

Thinking back to Luna trying to fix the lampshade earlier, Orion couldn’t help but smile.

He had been looking for someone for so long, but he couldn’t find anyone he was satisfied with.

“Mr. Russo, the nanny I recommended earlier may be lacking in childcare skills…”

“No need to say more, she’s not an option.”

Orion would never let someone who had harmed his daughter appear in his house again.

Seeing Orion’s firm attitude, Vivian had to give up.

“Mr. Russo, you have a meeting in the afternoon.”

“Why don’t I go to the housekeeping center and discuss it with Miss Silverton?”

Orion raised an eyebrow, why didn’t he think of that.

Let Luna choose for herself, it wouldn’t go wrong.

“Then, I’ll leave this matter to you.”

Vivian smiled lightly, “Being able to help Mr. Russo is my greatest wish.”

Due to a project, Orion had to attend a meeting immediately.

Vivian took Orion’s boss’s car back to the villa.

She hadn’t been able to stay here yesterday, but she believed that one day she would be the mistress here.

“Miss Vivian, living up to being Mr. Russo’s right-hand woman.”

Learning that Vivian was here to help with Mr. Russo’s private matters, the driver also had some ingratiating thoughts.

After all, he hadn’t seen Mr. Russo trust any assistant like this before, Vivian was the first.

“Oh, helping the boss is our biggest wish.”

“Please wait for me here, I’ll call the childcare nurse to come.”

The driver nodded and opened the door for Vivian.

At that moment, Luna was checking the temperature of the solid food when she heard a loud scream.

“Kelsey!”

“Wow!!!”

Star immediately started crying, startling Luna, who put down the bowl and picked up Star.

“Poor Star, Auntie is here.”

“You’re not afraid, Star~”

Luna patted Star rhythmically.

Upon going outside, she spotted Vivian in a business suit.

“Shh!”

“You woke the baby up!”
