Chapter 2480 Old Friends
Chapter 2480 Old Friends
Alongside him were Hever and Fae, who swiftly surged to aid him with countless blows. The three of them had frequently worked together over the past few years, growing stronger at a solid and steady rate.
BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM!!!
Fae's expression narrowed with ferocity as she unleashed a maelstrom of palm attacks against the opposing obsidian vultures, a species from the Obsidian Ashlands of the Beast Domain.
Her palms inflicted devastating rotating impacts as well as internal wounds through the vacuum palming elements of her offense. Each attack was lethal and dangerous, causing the beasts and monsters that rampaged towards her to experience tremendous suffering even as their frenzy drove them towards death. She had focused on increasing her lethality over the past few years, slowly making her way to the high grades within the Senior Realm.

Hever smoothly grabbed a rampaging quasi-Master-level titanic primate by its enormous feet, before swinging it down with an astronomical speed and momentum.
BOOOOOOMMM!!!
In the blink of an eye, he killed countless beasts and monsters with a single devastating attack.
Hever had reached the peak of the Senior Realm after grinding for many years in the manifold, improving his hyperspecialized counteroffensive Martial Art from many angles and variables.
Despite fiddling with many new principles and fields, his Martial Art remained the same at its essence.
He intercepted his opponents, and swung them down with great force and power, inflicting great damage on them.
This had not changed.
Even though he had mastered many new principles and fields, they had each ultimately served the greater purpose of improving his Meteoric Swing technique. He had dabbled with electricity to induce a paralytic effect upon contact to minimize the chance of his swing being sabotaged.
He had also mastered an earth-bending domain technique that made land around him as hard, dense, and reinforced as possible so as to cause the most damage possible to his targets when he swung them hard down upon it.
It caused each swing to ravage his opponent's body, often killing them in one go rather than necessitating repeated blasts over and over.
He had engaged in powerful self-hypnosis and self-conditioning to make his swings supremely smooth, precise, and accurate.
Within the Senior Realm, once he caught you, it was game over.
The only way to fight him was to stay the hell away and not let him get his hands on you. A strategy that beasts and monsters were too stupid to apply even if they weren't in a frenzy.
BOOM BOOM BOOM!!!
The thousands of Martial Seniors fought vigorously, unleashing a tremendous amount of power collectively.
The sheer amount of power they unleashed collectively was so great that it inspired immense dread in the millions of Squire-level and quasi-Senior-level creatures that traveled further to the right, evading the Martial Seniors entirely and bypassing them to head straight to the Kandrian Empire.
Only to be intercepted by the nearly ten thousand Martial Squires of the Kandrian Empire. The air among the Martial Squires was much more electric than it was among the higher Realms ahead of them. The average age among them was far, far lower than the average age among the Martial Artists of the higher Realms. This meant that they had much lower holistic experience as Martial Artists compared to other Martial Artists.
Many of them had never fought a truly threatening battle against beasts and monsters.
They felt chills and goosebumps crawl up their skins when they saw the endless tide of horrible monsters and beasts rampage towards them in a frenzy.
"ATTACK!" Fiona roared with a fierce snarl, standing at the head of the Squire-level army.
As an adventurer of the Adventurer's Guild who had done many missions in the Beast Domain, she was very much in her element. She had been established as the leader of one of the three Squire-level corps as a peak Squire who was on the verge of breaking through to the Senior Realm.
BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM!!!
Countless Martial Squires clashed with countless beasts and monsters.
The participant count of the battles grew larger and larger with descending Realms. The battle between Martial Squires already resembled a small war between humans rather than Martial Squires. Only the Kandrian Empire could deploy countless Martial Artists like they were ordinary human infantry.
The Martial Squires were among the shakiest of battles due to the lack of experience with dealing with enemies of this kind of scale. Nonetheless, the boosts in the Squire evolution procedure by the Divine Doctor and Rui's Hungry Pain had led to a generation of Martial Squires that were fundamentally built differently compared to their predecessors.
The youngest Martial Squires started out with Martial Bodies that one would only see among grade-five Martial Squires or higher, raising the average of Kandrian Squires tremendously.
BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM!!!
Among the leaders of the Martial Squires were Max and Mana who worked with each other with perfect and flawless teamwork to take down any and all monsters and beasts. They coordinated to take down a wyvern, one that originated from the Wyvern's Watch Plateau, a zone in the Northeast part of the Beast Domain.
BANG
Further away, Dalen gritted his teeth as he withstood a charge from a powerful bull crashing against his guard. "I knew I shouldn't have stopped training."
He had lived a peaceful life with his family in a more remote village in the Kandrian Empire, appointed as the chief village protector. Unlike his friends who still had plenty of ambition and drive for a variety of reasons, he no longer had any desire to continue striving as a Martial Artist.
He had thought that the worst that could happen was stagnation, but he realized, with regret, that the absence of training had actually made him weaker than he used to be, causing his body to be out of shape and his muscle memory to deteriorate.
"RAARGH!" He snarled, flipping the beast down on its head with a renewed drive in his eyes. The world was no longer safe.
If he wanted to protect his family, he would need to grow stronger.
