Scarlett did not seem to take his words seriously, “Ethan, what are you talking about? I know I was wrong back then but I had apologized for that. Besides, Ethan, I have no other thoughts. I just want to stay by your side, and Jack. Our family will always be together.”

“Enough.” Ethan broke in.

“Miss Alene, please don’t joke with me.”

He didn’t believe that he had a child with her at all.

“I’m not joking with you, Ethan. If you’re in a bad mood, I’ll be off now. Let’s talk after you’ve calmed down a bit.”

“Get out.”

Ethan gave the order.

Although Scarlett wasn’t willing, she left the ward.

Ethan was very annoyed and called Jacob, “Send me the location of Kristen.”

“That’s right. She wasted everyone’s time.”

“What nonsense are all of you spouting?” Anna said angrily. Those people could only shut their mouths and leave.

Anna hurriedly comforted Kristen, “Kristen, don’t take it to heart. Your acting is quite good. But do you have something on your mind? Or did you fight with Mr. Wharton? Why don’t you take a day off and have a good rest?”

Kristen shook her head, “I’m fine. I’ll read the script carefully and try my best to shoot the next scene.”

Elvis raised his eyes, and looked around, “You haven’t eaten yet, have you? I’ll take you to dinner.”

“No, I’m on a diet. I skip the dinner.”

Elvis frowned slightly, “It’s not good for your health.”

However, Kristen felt that Elvis was long-winded, “When did you become a mother hen?”

Elvis immediately retorted, “Kristen, what are you talking about? I’m just concerned about you. A mother hen?”

Kristen interrupted him immediately.

“Okay, let’s stop dwelling on this problem.”

Elvis found an excuse when he heard this.

“Have dinner with me and I would stop talking.”

Kristen rolled her eyes, “As the biggest son of the Green family, you should have enough people to eat with you, right?”

“But I just want to eat with you.”

Kristen turned around and ignored him. She didn’t like him, so she didn’t want to waste his time.

“Elvis, why haven’t you returned to Tornzia yet?”

Elvis raised his eyebrows, “You’re here. Why should I go back? Even if I go back, my family will urge me to marry you. I should stay here and develop a good relationship with you.”
