Amelia was once again embarrassed, she had thought Alex wanted to drink her soup.

Alexander ate his dinner slowly and cut some Chicken wings for Amelia.

Amelia helped Alexander pill some eggs before placing them in his bowl.

“Thanks,” Alexander said and took the egg from his plate and ate it.

After a while, Amelia slowly digested her food and drank a mouthful of water to bring it down.

She got up and took the plates to the washing hand basin.

Alexander sat on the stool as he watched Amelia do the dishes.

They looked like the typical husband and wife, Alexander loved every bit of this moment.

He didn’t want this moment to end so soon.

He wanted this night to be long and never end as he didn’t want to wake up the next morning to face reality.

After doing the dishes, Amelia sat close to Alexander as she probed her head to look at Alexander who was also staring at her.

“Umm I meant to tell you…. there’s this friend of mine that died of heart disease, We met at the military camp and she’d been like the elder sister I never had….. her funeral is in four days… and I’ll be attending,” Amelia said calmly as she gazed at Alexander who was nodding.

“Okay…. we will both go to the funeral together, I’d like to see her too and pray for her,” Alexander said.

Amelia nodded “Okay, it’s all settled then….” Amelia slowly yawned as she got down from the stool.

“I’m off to bed now!” Amelia said and sluggishly walked out.

Alexander walked behind her as they both ascended upstairs, Mrs Gale just happened to have come out from her room.

She watched the couples walk upstairs and a small smile formed on her lips before the smile suddenly dropped as she re-entered her room again.

Alexander turned off the lamp close to Amelia and Amelia didn’t have any funny ideas this time around.

Alexander lies on the bed with Amelia on the other side.

Alexander turned to face Amelia and she looked at him before quickly averting her gaze.

Her eyes roamed around the ceiling, wondering why he was sleeping like that, he should just face the other side!!

Amelia looked at him again and he just flashed her a smile.

“Sleep already ” Amelia complained and he raised a brow.

“It’s almost morning, let’s just have some rest,” Alexander said and leaned toward Amelia and placed her head on his arm.

Amelia was as if she was electrocuted, Her head was placed on Alexander’s arm and she couldn’t help but lean in a bit towards him to Be more comfortable.

Alexander had already slept off, he looked so tired as his eyes closed and went to dreamland.

It took Amelia a while before sleeping, She curled up in Alexander’s arm as if she had found a new place to rest.

It was so comfortable sleeping in Alexander’s arms, he was muscular and broad while she was petite.

Alexander was sleeping facing the ceiling while she wrapped his arms from the side.

She didn’t know when she slowly placed her head on his chest and dozed off.

In the early morning, as the sun penetrated the room, It came along with the sweet and fresh air.

Birds chirped as the window was sprung open for the natural air to come in, it was so cool inside the Room.

Amelia couldn’t help but relax more into the warm ‘pillow’, she loved this new spot.

Alexander’s eyes opened a bit as he was about to move his hand when he felt the weight on his arms.

A smile crept up to his face as he watched the Snoring girl in his arms.

Her lips were slightly apart as she snored.

Her hair was scattered on the bed and some were resting on his arms, she was nevertheless, still so beautiful and cute.

Her small lips were pouted as she readjusted her head on his arms.

Alexander looked at the table close by, He took his phone and turned on the camera.

Amelia was still sleeping on his arms and he slowly brought his face close to her and placed a small kiss on her forehead.

He didn’t remove his mouth from her head and immediately took a selfie in that position.

After taking the shot, he lay straight and looked at the picture.

It was so beautiful especially when the sun rested on them, as it kissed her fair skin.

A small smile displayed on his face, and he dropped his phone on the table.

Just then, a ding sound came from Amelia’s phone that was on the other side.

Alexander frowned as another ding sound came again, it must be something important.

With that thought, Alexander slowly removed Amelia’s head from his arm but she gripped his arm so tightly as she groaned in complaint.

She was still sleeping but due to the disturbance, she frowned with lips pouted.

Alexander was frustrated at the girl who was clinging to his arm like a monkey.

This time, he was careful as he took a pillow and placed it under her head and he slowly withdrew his arms from under her head.

Amelia held the pillow and she slept on it.

Alexander got down from the bed and walked towards the other side, he grabbed her phone and looked at her for a while.

Trying to tell himself that he wasn’t invading her privacy.

After that, he turned on the screen and saw that the two messages were from George.

One was a picture and the other was a message.

He couldn’t see the picture because the screen was locked and he didn’t know the password to unlock her phone.

Alexander frowned and looked at Amelia.

He began to fix the puzzles, George wasn’t one to start working with anybody unless there was either a benefit or he had promised to do that.

Alexander suddenly remembered The request from that truth and dare game from before.

Amelia had stalled that request and he was wondering what she was gonna Do with George and it just so happened that she must have used it to request George run a test on Ash.
