Pregnant after One Night With The Vampire

GETTING INVOLVED WITH VAMPIRES

Ten minutes passed as Adia stood facing Sebastian dumbstruck, the hell is he doing here?, And how did he get in?

“Who was that?” Sebastian asked again, keeping his gaze on her, as she shifted uncomfortably.

Adia gulped down loudly, trying to find the right words to say really, she couldn’t tell him it was a guy she met when she snuck out of his house, he’s gonna kill her and then Hunt that friend down and kill him also.

Clearing her throat, she decided to muster courage and pretend everything was going well,

“A friend” she responded as quickly as she could bending down to pick up her phone,

“A friend,” Sebastian repeated in a low tone, nodding his head momentarily.

“Yes, do you have a problem with that?” Adia retorted trying to be brave, as she turned to the sink, switching on the two, while she washed her face,

All the while, Sebastian stood watching, as she washed her face not uttering any word as he waiting patiently for her to finish,

“I’ll take my leave now” Adia proceeded, making haste to leave the suffocating restroom.

“Not so fast” Sebastian said grabbing her by her arm, as he brought her back to stand in front of him,

“What do you want?” She asked, her head laid down, as his towering height overshadowed her,

“I just suddenly became curious about that friend of yours, could you please shed more light about him?” Sebastian asked, as Adia looked up to face him, before quickly retracting her gaze, as she looked downwards again.

“He, there’s no he, it’s a she, and she’s my friend from college, any problem with that?” Adia retorted, facing him this time with a stern look, trying to act brave.

“Have a nice day” he suddenly uttered as Adia scoffed loudly,

He was just trying to make a fool out of me as always, Adia thought as her jaw worked.

“You too,” she mumbled, walking away from his sight.

A smile ghosted Sebastian’s face immediately Adia locked the door behind her, he couldn’t come on time to hear their conversation, but he was certain something was up.

..

“Okay, are you alone?”

“Yes, am having lunch, enjoying the view by the sea side”

“Alright then, enjoy”

“Definitely”

” Got to get back to work, bye”

..

..

These were the exact words he heard, before the call was disconnected and it was clearly a man’s voice, meaning Adia was lying to him.

From the background check he did on Adia, she has no friends aside from Cora and no family around here in North California aside from Addison.

Seeing her other family are distant relatives and they are all based in France.

Her father was from France and stayed in Los Angeles for some time where he met her mother, they later got married and settled in North California.

Little or nothing information was gotta about Adia’s mother, except she was the adopted child of some family, and Adia’s father’s family was basically against the relationship, given they were some sort of important people back there in France, and they are also the ones responsible for their tragic deaths.

Sebastian knows everything there is to know about Adia and there was never a male friend in her life, meaning she just met whoever that person is.

Picking out his phone, he dialed a number as a laid out a few instructions,

“Sir” the person answered from the other side of the line.

“Malcom, i want you to keep a watchful eye on Adia for now henceforth, monitor all her movements and report to me on everywhere she goes, understood and also, check about her movements fir the past two months, about all the places she has visited since she stepped foot into that house” he instructed as Malcom noted everything down.

” Yes sir”

” That will be all ” he said, ending the call.

” What have you been up to peters,” he wondered, creasing his brows.

“But it won’t take long before we find out,” he added, making his way out majestically.

..

..

.

Adia took a breath of relief immediately she got out of the restroom, was Sebastian stalking her,

He tends to show up anywhere and everywhere, and thankfully she hasn’t blown her cover about how she sneaked out of that house for about two weeks or she’d be dead meat,

“You’re back” Laura said as Adia approached,NôvelDrama.Org owns this.

“Yeah” Adia replied as she slumped on the chair, staying with laura has become sort of a routine for her now, the agreed was she stayed within the four corners of Sebastian’s office, but it looks as if he trusted Laura a lot and doesn’t bother about her being close with her, because Adia was sure he’d never allow her to be that close with someone else, he claims to have no sort of affection for her at the same time tends to always want to protect her.

“You look kind of stressed out” Laura implied as Adia nodded slowly agreeing with her.

“A lot, I need a great deal of rest” Adia breathed out picking up a bottle of water from the table as she gulped it down in one go.

“You can take a Short nap, I’ll take care if the things around here” Laura volunteered with a smile on her face,

“Thanks, you’re a life saviour” Adia appreciated feeling very grateful,

“Anytime darling”

Adia flashed a light smile, before playing her head in the table, the day has kinda being rough for her, and the only thing needed now for her, was rest absolute rest, she needed to free her mind from all thoughts about Sebastian, about everybody in fact and focus on her health and that of her baby, probably she’ll go for a checkup soon, and see how things are going down there, she’s not a doctor by profession, but she knew she needs absolute rest, because she’s being stressing herself too much now.

“Good afternoon sir” Laura greeted Sebastian who was walking passed his office, he waved at her before disappearing from sight.

Laura took a glance at Adia who was sleeping soundly, feeling nothing but pity towards her. She’s really gonna go through a lot once her pregnancy advances, it was inevitable for her, a human, this will probably be the worst mistake of her life, getting herself involved with vampires.
